Today I am talking inner healing, specifically, I am providing a framework I have used in my own shadow work and inner healing journey. I also felt inspired to publish a journal to support this, which you can find here: https://a.co/d/aE5Jsv3 So, today, I am walking you through this framework:
I have broken this framework down into seven steps, which I will walk you through today:
- Learn to recognize your triggers.
- Identify the underlying emotion behind the trigger.
- Determine the last time(s) you felt this way.
- Trace it back to the first time you can remember feeling this way.
- Identify the beliefs you adopted as a result of the past incident.
- Create new beliefs.
- Forgive and release.
