#109 Framework for Inner Healing

I have broken this framework down into seven steps, which I will walk you through today:

  1. Learn to recognize your triggers.
  2. Identify the underlying emotion behind the trigger.
  3. Determine the last time(s) you felt this way.
  4. Trace it back to the first time you can remember feeling this way.
  5. Identify the beliefs you adopted as a result of the past incident.
  6. Create new beliefs.
  7. Forgive and release.
