Today we are shattering the fear of the gym. I have four tips for you, so you can get over the gym fear, get in with confidence, and get your goals. These tips are:  

  1. Take a tour of the gym ahead of time.
  2. Plan your workouts.
  3. Find an outfit you feel comfortable and confident in.
  4. Adjust your mindset.
