My mission is to help other women find health, happiness, and alignment. My name is Rachelle Renee`. I am a single mother, a coach, channel, and healer. I have tried everything to lose weight. I have been lifting weights and exercising for over 30 years. I have done every diet, weight loss program, supplement, you name it, I have tried it. But at the end of the day, no matter how much I lost or how perfectly I stuck to whatever fad I was trying, I never felt good. I was still tired, I still didn’t like the way I looked, and I was still stressed all the time. I was worried I wasn’t the mother to my kids that I wanted to be. I realized I was way too obsessed with looking a certain way, weighing a certain weight, and just trying to live up to impossible standards. Worse, I was completely exhausting myself in the process! I finally realized it is more important to feel good and healthy. I needed to shift my focus to my overall health and not looking a certain way. I started to become more aware of how I was talking to myself and began to shift my self-talk to positive, affirming self-talk. I started to focus on food as fuel for my body, not a carrot or stick for what the scale said. I started to focus on exercise as a way to feel stronger and more energized, and it has since become a major component of my mental health as well. Over the years, I have established and maintained a close and strong connection to God. I have learned to develop my gifts, both spiritual and non-spiritual. I have learned spiritual and non-spiritual techniques to heal the mind, body, and soul and I want to share my knowledge and gifts with as many as possible, so they may find their own healing as well as develop their own gifts. Today I am talking about mindset. Our minds and the way we think are so much more powerful than most of us realize. It’s often the last thing we think of when we think about weight loss or getting fit, but it is probably the most critical player in this endeavor. If you are like I was, the way you think and the way you speak to yourself when you look in the mirror is probably not the best. In fact, it may be downright horrible. I know it was the case for me. When I started making a conscious effort to change my mind, my whole life changed as well as my weight. So, how does one change their mindset? Well, there are several major steps:
Become aware of your current state of thinking.
Take stock of how your current state of thinking is affecting you.
Determine how you want to feel and the results you want.
Develop affirmations aligned to how you want to feel and your desired results.
Speak your affirmations daily.

Today I am discussing manifestation. If you’re like me, your first intro to this concept was from the movie the Secret, which was released about a decade ago. One of the big takeaways I remember from the Secret is that manifestation is essentially comprised of three steps: ask, believe, and receive. While it is truly this simple it’s not as easy as this implies at all and I have found there is a little more to it. I would say there are eight steps to or stages of manifestation:
Get crystal clear on what you want.
Declare your desire to God/the universe.
Visualize receiving your desire.
Feel your desire.
Trust and believe that it is yours.
Align with the desire.
Embody having the desire.

There are so many factors to consider when it comes to weight loss, and sleep may be one of those that we tend to overlook or fail to consider at all. Not too long ago I paid no mind to the amount of sleep I was actually getting and I was oblivious to how it can affect weight loss. I have since learned that failing to get enough sleep and not having good sleep habits can counter your weight loss efforts. A few of the effects of insufficient sleep are:
Increased appetite.
Hormonal changes resulting in weight gain.
Physical performance/exercise.
Decreases exercise.

Today I am discussing the power of meditation. What started as a practice of five minutes each morning has grown into more than I could have ever imagined. It has completely changed my relationship with and understanding of God as well as my life. In just one year of doing this daily, I have found so many incredible benefits of meditation. These are:
Reduced stress.
Eliminates anxiety.
Improved state of mind.
Provides inner peace.
Heightens intuition.
Increased faith.
