You will learn about the connection between health and unhealed past traumas and hurts, methods for self healing, and how to establish or strengthen a relationship with God as well as with yourself. My mission is to help other women find health, happiness, and alignment. My name is Rachelle Renee`. I am a single mother, a coach, channel, and healer. I have tried everything to lose weight. I have been lifting weights and exercising for over 30 years. I have done every diet, weight loss program, supplement, you name it, I have tried it. But at the end of the day, no matter how much I lost or how perfectly I stuck to whatever fad I was trying, I never felt good. I was still tired, I still didn’t like the way I looked, and I was still stressed all the time. I was worried I wasn’t the mother to my kids that I wanted to be. I realized I was way too obsessed with looking a certain way, weighing a certain weight, and just trying to live up to impossible standards. Worse, I was completely exhausting myself in the process! I finally realized it is more important to feel good and healthy. I needed to shift my focus to my overall health and not looking a certain way. I started to become more aware of how I was talking to myself and began to shift my self-talk to positive, affirming self-talk. I started to focus on food as fuel for my body, not a carrot or stick for what the scale said. I started to focus on exercise as a way to feel stronger and more energized, and it has since become a major component of my mental health as well. Over the years, I have established and maintained a close and strong connection to God. I have learned to develop my gifts, both spiritual and non-spiritual. I have learned spiritual and non-spiritual techniques to heal the mind, body, and soul and I want to share my knowledge and gifts with as many as possible, so they may find their own healing as well as develop their own gifts. Among the many reasons I hate the concept of “dieting” is the connotation of deprivation. I don’t know about you, but I hear that word and I think of a giant list of what you cannot eat. People talk about mentally preparing themselves for going on a diet. Believe it or not, you can eat healthy and enjoy what you eat. This includes what we may think of as “treats” or foods that tend to be off limits in many diets. I’ve learned a ton of these in my lifetime of dieting. Today I am going to share some of my go-to food hacks and swaps that are good for you and will not derail your efforts. This is a bit of a celebratory episode as it is my 30th episode of this podcast, which I am so excited about! I have done a bit of a re-launch of my podcast to celebrate this milestone. I wanted to pick a special topic for today, which is also my Wonderful Wednesday episode, and as you know these are always focused on spiritual health and growth. So, I thought what better topic than Faith for this episode. There are a couple ways we think of faith or meanings of faith, right? So, that is what I’m discussing today.

So perhaps you’ve recently embarked on a weight loss journey and starting to find staying on track with your nutrition approach challenging. Or maybe it’s been some time and you’ve been finding yourself in the all or nothing trap, where you have one of those days you didn’t have the right foods on hand and ended up eating something off plan, which then led to going off plan the rest of the day, which then turned into falling off plan for the rest of the week. It’s ok. It happens to the best of us. Fortunately, it can be avoided and there are some things you can do to set yourself up for success week-to-week. In more than 20 years of “dieting” and exercise, I’ve learned a few tips that have helped me stay on track. These are:
Plan.
Prepare.
Know your go-to restaurant items.
Avoid alcohol.
Track.

Today is all about signs from heaven. Have you ever had a dream that stuck with you all day? Maybe it was a certain object or the colors that really stood out and you just can’t shake it. Maybe it was something you heard or you saw words written on a piece of paper. You wake up just knowing there was more to it; it wasn’t just a dream. Or, what about those times when you’ve been praying about something and a few days later you overhear someone say something that is an answer, or maybe you’re in a conversation and the person says what is an answer to your prayer. What about when you’re walking along the sidewalk and you notice a random bunch of flowers growing near the sidewalk that seem completely out of place, or a butterfly flutters around you like it’s desperately trying to tell you something. Oftentimes we don’t know what to make of these things and we shrug them off. Well, I’m here to tell you it is high time you start paying more attention to these things, because this is often how God tries to answer you or get your attention.

We all know that we should all be drinking primarily water, yet, most of us probably don’t drink enough and many don’t drink any water at all. So, how they heck are you supposed to hit a half a gallon a day, let alone a whole gallon a day when you hate drinking water? As someone who used to absolutely hate drinking water, I get it. But I can also tell you it is possible to go from hating drinking water to drinking only water most of the time. Today I am going to share how I went from drinking almost no water every day to drinking almost only water every day. Until recently I was oblivious to the connection between unhealed past traumas and hurts and health. As I’ve learned more I’ve been amazed at how little this seems to be discussed, or perhaps I just hadn’t ever found my way to it before. You may have heard and maybe even follow some of the advice and guidance out there around manifestation. Many of us may remember the book and movie called the Secret, which taught us all we need to do is ask, believe, and receive. While this is true, there is more to it and much of our ability to receive what we desire comes down to our ability to do so. This is where energy blocks come in. If you are unaware of them, they can be making it much more difficult to receive, leaving you thinking this manifestation business is rubbish. I have good news that it is not rubbish at all. In today’s episode I am going to discuss what energy blocks are, how we create them, and why it’s important to clear them, so we can receive with more ease.
