You will learn about the connection between health and unhealed past traumas and hurts, methods for self healing, and how to establish or strengthen a relationship with God as well as with yourself. My mission is to help other women find health, happiness, and alignment. My name is Rachelle Renee`. I am a single mother, a coach, channel, and healer. I have tried everything to lose weight. I have been lifting weights and exercising for over 30 years. I have done every diet, weight loss program, supplement, you name it, I have tried it. But at the end of the day, no matter how much I lost or how perfectly I stuck to whatever fad I was trying, I never felt good. I was still tired, I still didn’t like the way I looked, and I was still stressed all the time. I was worried I wasn’t the mother to my kids that I wanted to be. I realized I was way too obsessed with looking a certain way, weighing a certain weight, and just trying to live up to impossible standards. Worse, I was completely exhausting myself in the process! I finally realized it is more important to feel good and healthy. I needed to shift my focus to my overall health and not looking a certain way. I started to become more aware of how I was talking to myself and began to shift my self-talk to positive, affirming self-talk. I started to focus on food as fuel for my body, not a carrot or stick for what the scale said. I started to focus on exercise as a way to feel stronger and more energized, and it has since become a major component of my mental health as well. Over the years, I have established and maintained a close and strong connection to God. I have learned to develop my gifts, both spiritual and non-spiritual. I have learned spiritual and non-spiritual techniques to heal the mind, body, and soul and I want to share my knowledge and gifts with as many as possible, so they may find their own healing as well as develop their own gifts. Today I am talking about how to transform your body based on which of the three different body types you are most like. Without taking this into consideration you could be spinning your wheels following a fitness program that is based on a completely body type from yours. In fact, did you know that the vast majority of weight loss and fitness research is based on 25-year-old men? It’s no wonder a lot of these one-approach fits all programs don’t work for most people!In recent years, I have seen more programs advertising that they customize the program to your body. Yet, when you get int there, you find it isn’t really what you’d think based on the advertising. For example, they will have everyone follow the same workouts, the same nutrition approach, or both. Someone who struggles to gain weight and wants to transform their body to gain some muscle and shape will need a very different approach from someone who wants to lose body fat and tone their physique. Today I am talking about the three different body types, also referred to as somatotypes, and why it is so important to understand what yours is when it comes to weight loss and/or body re-composition. Without knowing your body type you may be spinning your wheels trying to follow a weight loss or fitness program that is based on a completely body type from yours, like I have done numerous times. Even some of the programs that claim to provide a custom approach, don’t actually customize based on your unique body. Today I am sharing some tips to help guide you through the inner healing process. Shadow work and self-healing can be difficult work, but the reward far outweighs the difficulty of it. The early stages of it can be really tough, but as you gain insight and experience breakthroughs it gets easier and you will almost want to kick yourself for avoiding it, because what is on the other side is beautiful. I spent about a year doing my own self-healing work, or at least having that be my primary focus. I know now it is lifelong and ongoing, but once you get the hang of it you can move through things faster and with less turmoil. I developed some tips to help with guiding the process based on my own journey with this:
Commit to doing this for yourself.
Lean into the work.
Give yourself grace.
Ask for help and support when needed.
